The largest drawback for Lavalife.com members is that many of the actions they take cannot be withdrawn should they change their minds later. Smiley faces cannot be removed once sent and once contacted, eliminated profiles cannot be hidden.
Despite these hiccups, Lavalife members do have some wonderful options within the community such as: live video chat through a webcam and a selective amount of search criteria when looking for others, including the ability to narrow your search to a one mile radius of your location.
We award four stars in our Lavalife review to this site that offers so much to its’ casual members for free. As a relationship site there may be little advantage in choosing Lavalife as it does not offer any of the compatibility expertise of the sites that keep the focus on singles looking for long-term relationships, however there is little doubt that as a premium or free singles dating site Lavalife.com has much to offer. |
